Hi Chicke: I'm pleased to announce my recent induction into the International Forest of Friendship (www.IFOF.org), an aviation hall of fame located in Atchison, Kansas, the birthplace of Amelia Earhart. The IFOF has such notable as Chuck Yeager and Neil Armstrong as inductees. What an honor!
EGG is for executive women (both corporate and entrepreneurs) that would like to connect, share, care and grow. This group is by invitation only and the charter group began with a close group of colleagues, primarily from the travel industry.
Please contact Chicke Fitzgerald at chicke@solutionz.com to recommend someone for this group or to talk about setting up an EGG franchise for another industry or sponsoring EGG events and communications.

"Having met Chicke at a TIA Board meeting in Vail, I count myself as fortunate to have been invited to join the call. I look forward with genuine pleasure to chatting with like-minded women and hearing the vignette of the day. A great way to end the week. There is a very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, which is so rare at a professional level."

A great way to end a work week and start your weekend….interacting, sharing, and learning with intelligent and witty women!!
From Sue Cronin - Head of Sales and Media Consulting Practice, Solutionz Group
”What an amazing gathering of great women! It’s inspiring to end one’s week by exchanging thoughts, ideas and experiences with so many women at the top of their game.”
From Sheila Rice - SVP Business Development, Professional Travel Guide
The EGG is a unique forum of intelligent, successful, professional, highly motivated, articulate and successful women that have accomplished so much within their professional and personal lives. The openness, and candor of our group is especially nice to experience. Additionally, the way EGG has evolved, lends itself to being educational and supportive. It is so comforting to listen to women that share my concerns and have faced similar challenges within their work and home. It always makes me take note that so many women face universal issues with so many similar, predictive responses. The ‘Speaker of the Week’ is an interesting aspect of the meeting and grounds some of our discussions. Bottom line, it is just so, so nice to have an environment to communicate within. And, there is that sense of comfort and trust that one has an ability to share so much information. I can not thank Chicke enough for the invitation to attend or for all the hard work that she has put into EVERY aspect of organizing these meetings. Her wit, kindness, warmth, enthusiasm, energy, positive perspective and insight are an enormous part of why EGG has taken such a positive and productive path. I consider myself quite fortunate to be part of this group and, as we all do, try very hard to attend as many meetings as possible, as I work on developing and improving “life balance”.
